Graphic Design/Website Developer

Washington Media Services, Inc. is looking for a well-rounded website and print graphic designer. Being a team player is a must. Applicant would be responsible for most of the website development and work with creative director and design team on website designs and print projects. Washington Media Services is a tobacco and drug free office.

General Requirements:
Degree in related field (2 or 4 year) or proof of skills through portfolio
Must complete test during follow-up interview
Excellent communication and design skills
Writing and editing (good at spelling and grammar)
Professional attire
Fast learner

Technical Requirements:
Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash
HTML without the help of Dreamweaver or other WYSIWYG editor
CSS (external style sheets and developing layout with CSS, not tables) without the help of Dreamweaver or other WYSIWYG editor
Comfortable with PHP, or willing to learn, with or without the help of Dreamweaver

These Skills are a Plus (not required):
Basic Actionscript
MySQL Databases with or without the help of Dreamweaver

Compensation:
Starting wage: $13.50/hr, 32 hours a week
