Joyce Willms

Owner, President, Washington Media Services, Advertising, Marketing and Sales since 1988.

Joyce started the agency in 1988 – one of the first certified woman-owned design firms in Olympia. Life-long experience includes: customer relations, consulting projects, involved marketing programs, media buys for print, radio and T.V., campaigns and marketing research, project tracking and quality control. Before going into business for herself, Joyce handled research and development for MC Industries. Joyce’s community involvement includes volunteering for Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County and the Thurston County Council on Aging’s Medical Equipment Bank. Joyce, her family, and WMS also sponsors families at Christmas-time, helping to make their holiday a joyous one. She is the past Vice President of the Lupus Society of Western Washington.
